Industrial high temperature heat pump air - water in Split design
High Temperature Split heat pump with stable aluminum frame construction and 5 cm thick sound-insulating panels. Individual cooling circuits prepared for cascade connection. Low noise and vibration by double supported fully hermetic scroll compressor and sound-adjustable feet.
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger (1.4401) for the heating circuit. Stainless steel outdoor unit with free hanging V shape Al-Cu lamellar heat exchanger with water-repellent coating in the outdoor unit. With integrated control panels placed on customer choice (cabinet, wall, HILTI frame ...). Noiseless slow-rotating Ziehl - Abegg fan with Bionic fins and EC motor. Reversible defrosting optimized through use of APS with refrigerant subcooling in lower part of the source heat exchanger. With electronic starting or choice equipped with frequency converters.
Electronic expansion valve control with auto-adaptive function. EVI technology for use in cold regions and requirement for higher flow temperatures.
Frame housing with solid base plate on adjustable feet. Epoxy coated lining the outer part. With weather-compensated, digital heat pump control RVS for each circuit with integrated cooling control function. To control a heating circuit with mixer and one heating circuit without mixer Standar built-in function for active cooling by reversing the process. Heat efficiency counter as well as the possibility of up to 16 plants cascade.
Plain text user guidance with function-dependent menu levels, information texts and fault in plain text. Diagnostic system with history storage and output state indication. Outdoor temperature sensor, hot gas sensor, liquid refrigerant sensor, heat pump flow temperature sensor and return temperature sensor as well as the heat source inlet probe and evaporation temperature sensor and DHW sensor included.
Optionally available with ModBus module as well WebControl control and monitoring via the Internet.
